About This Property

Takna Heritage Homestay is built around a 150 year old hut that is still in use as our family home. We live a simple life, surrounded by nature, farmlands and greenery. We continue the traditions of the Lepcha tribe of eastern Himalayas. We have accommodation for families, couples and solo travelers and offer cottages and camping. We host a workshop on working with bamboo (for adults). We also host families with young children for an alternative learning experience with music, arts and earth.
