    The Brick House Stay is located just few steps away from the heritage site Gauripur House (a place famous for being Kabiguru Rabindranath Tagore's  favorite summer retreat ). Right in front of the Brick House Stay is Crookety House, a Colonial European style Bungalow built around 1940 where a well known  Russian author and philosopher Helena Roerich stayed for many years and also spread the message of Agni Yoga. Now the Crookety house has been converted into a museum of Helena and is well maintained by Italians.
